If you don't like the idea of handling wiggly mealworms, canned mealworms are a great alternative. These Timbuktu Mealworms are packed moist but are not wet! How can that be? There is just enough moisture in the can to keep the mealworms plump, however, there is no liquid in the can. Unlike freeze-dried worms, the unique packaging process of Birdwatcher's Choice Mealworms locks in natural juices keeping them soft and moist, just like live mealworms.

Canned meal worms are also a great option if you need a handy back up to your live mealworms. Simply place Birdwatcher's Choice Mealworms anywhere you'd like to observe birds. They can be placed in a bowl, feeder, or any shallow dish.

We recommend discarding uneaten portions from feeder after 48 hours and that you refrigerate after opening.
