eBirdseed.com stands behind the quality and freshness of its seed with a 100% satisfaction/30-day guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your seed, we will replace the seed at our expense. If for some reason you are not pleased with the second shipment of seed, we will credit your card for the total amount of your initial purchase!
Just email email@example.com within 15 days of receipt of the second shipment and we will credit your card. To ensure proper credit for your return please include the original order number, the seed type you are dissatisfied with & your name on the email.
For the convenience of our customers, eBirdseed.com ships every weekday afternoon. If for some reason you need to cancel an order you will need to call us as soon as possible or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your cancellation request arrives in our offices too late to remove the shipment, or if you decide you no longer want the product once you receive it, you will be responsible for shipping your order back to eBirdseed at your expense in addition to a 25% restocking fee.
