What is an Easy Seed Reminder?
It's an e-mail that you configure to receive every X number of days
reminding you to purchase birdseed. View

How do they work?
Let's say you purchase 20 lbs. of sunflower hearts & chips; on the invoice
screen you can schedule an e-mail to arrive in 20, 60 or 83 days reminding
you to reorder more hearts & chips. When the e-mail arrives, simply
click the link and you will be logged into our store with the item placed
in your cart. You just enter your credit card number (we don't store
this information for your security) and the seed arrives assuring your
backyard pets don't go hungry. What could be more convenient?

What if I still have plenty of seed when I receive the Easy Seed Reminder?
You can just delete the Reminder, or easily edit your Reminder to arrive
at a different time.

If I choose to receive an Easy Seed Reminder, am I obligated to purchase?
No. We simply want to provide a free and convenient service to assure that
your birds have a continuous supply of food.

My birds eat more Nyjer Seed than safflower. How do I configure my Easy
Seed Reminder for that?
You will receive an email for each product you purchase from us. For instance,
you would choose to receive the Nyjer reminder every 20 days and the safflower
reminder every 40 days.

Can anyone receive these Easy Seed Reminders?
In order to receive an Easy Seed Reminder from us, you must Create an Account
(so we know where to send the reminder). Reminders can be set up for those
products you have purchased from our online store.

The Easy Seed Reminders can be configured to suit your needs. You can stop
the reminders at any time you wish via a link included in each and every
email reminder. This way, you will never have to wonder how to stop the
reminders.
